The outbreak of Pandemic has impacted livelihood, lifestyles and organizations worldwide. While this situation has given a lot of challenging situations to human race; pandemic has also made the human race to utilize this situation as an opportunity and get smarter for the days to come by.

The world was absolutely not ready for pandemic when it hit us; now that pandemic has hit our lives, we have explored options to co-exist along with pandemic, but survival has become the importance.

The world needs a safe, protective and healthy environment; free from pandemic to survive, however this can be anticipated in 7-8 months from now as the vaccination would probably take this stipulated time. Leaders worldwide need to redesign the business model considering the present pandemic situation.

The future can challenge organizations in various ways.Some challenges which can be foreseen is:

  • clients higher expectations,
  • financial constraints,
  • resource skills and productivity matrix,
  • return of investment (ROI)
  • cutting edge technologies vs. cost impact vs. profit
  • increase in cost, expenditures
  • real estate and infrastructure cost for the organization

With the above challenges that can be foreseen, customers would not only want to cover the damages lost impacted during the pandemic, but also would want to have the benchmark performances from the business.
