Yellow Belt Six Sigma is a classroom training scheduled over the weekends. This training is designed for Graduates and/or Under Graduates and Professionals who are fresher’s in there job.
The Training is planned with theoretical concepts along-with practical exercises, role play, team activities, presentations and video play.
The Trainees in this training will understand the concepts and work on practical exercises and assignment given during the training, which will make them well-versed in the topics taught to them.
This curriculum of Yellow Belt Training will also cover the Topics of White Belt. Hence as a Trainee when you take up a Yellow Belt Course, you will not be missing on any of the topics.
- Training’s are organized in a 3 Star Hotel or 4 Star Hotels across locations
- Participants will attend 12 Hours of Classroom Training Excluding Certification Examination
- Participants will attend For Certification Examinationt timed for 2 Hours
- Your entire thought process will be changed once you undergo the Training.
- Yellow Belts with the help of Green Belts are capable of identifying the pain areas in the process and improve the business processes to meet customer satisfaction.
- Yellow Belts normally work under Green Belts and get mentored, guided for their respective projects.

Mr. Shylesh Sethia is a Certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma Methodology; Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001(QMS) and ISO 27001(ISMS); and PMP with 26 years of overall experience and 15 years in Quality Assurance, Process Excellence, Transformation and Innovation, Design Thinking, RPA.
