Shylesh Sethia is a Certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma Methodology; Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 (QMS & ISMS); and PMP with 25 years of overall experience along with 16 years in the field of Auditing, Quality Testing, Process Excellence with hands on experience in Robotics, Design Thinking, Digital, Innovation and Transformation.
He is the Founder and Director of GenGyan Global Business Solutions (P) Ltd., in the past, Shylesh has worked in Senior Management Profiles in the Quality Function & PMO Office. He has worked with M/s. Genpact, as AVP and Head – Lean Digital Transformation Team, M/s. TriZetto Corporation, as General Manager – HOD for Quality Management Group & PMO, M/s. WNS Global Services, as AVP – BPET ‘Business Process Excellence and Transformation’, M/s. Aditya Birla Minacs as Manager – Corporate Quality.
