There are three main stages of study or ‘Belts’ within the Six Sigma industry organisation and quality concept. These trained and certified experts work together within this order to increase quality stages and reduction expense within groups or businesses.
The Black Belt is at the top. These persons are very skilled in using Six Sigma to support businesses in growing their efficiency and educating quality and ideals. The Green Belt is just under the Black Belt. These persons act as supporters to the Black Belt expert and will sometimes performance as bests if they are capable and show an attention in becoming a Black Belt at some point. Below the Green Belt is the Yellow Belt. These persons have a minimal amount of Six Sigma information and work more on the industry end, helping to analyse the inner workings of the business so as to identify the difficulties that are aggressive the organisation of the business. Some reflect another level below Yellow Belt called the White Belt.
